Established in 1980, Otantatutkimus Oy is an independent full-service market research agency. We take care of all tasks related to a research project, from initial planning and project management to reporting, deep analyses and giving suggestions.
Our services include CATI, CAPI, Focus groups, In-depths, In-hall surveys, Web surveys, Web panel, Mail surveys, Product tests, Usability tests, Mystery Shopping and Data processing.

Otantatutkimus Oy is following the ISO 20252 quality standard process which – not only guarantees our projects – but also guarantees the deliveries of our 3rd party partners such as field work partners, register vendors and similar vendors participated in our customer projects.
Otantatutkimus Oy is a member of the Finnish Association of Market Research Agencies and adheres to the code of ethics and standards of market and social research set by ESOMAR and the International Chamber of Commerce.
We are one of the founder companies of the international GlobalNR network. Consistent product development together with our GlobalNR partners is being carried. With the help of GlobalNR the research projects have been conducted globally; in almost all European countries, the USA, Africa and Asia.
